Field Trip! East Bay Restaurant Supply

Cohort #22 made a stop at East Bay Restaurant Supply. Here, they got a taste of the equipment used across many different levels of culinary operations. They saw everything from a gigantic Polar Bear to how we are invoiced by this wonderful establishment.

  2. Showrooms like that should have a wide selection of restaurant supplies and equipment to cater to all clients. Most importantly, these should be opened to all, from plain housewives to the finest chefs.
